Favourite Clothes

My favourite Winter clothes this year are corduroy jeans ( black and brown), t shirts or blouses and a cardigan to match.
Today we have been looking after Saoirse while mummy and daddy move. She came in a lovely cardigan that her grandma had knitted - she is a brilliant knitter and knits lots for the children - so I decided to take a photo of that.

We are all coeliac and got together on Facebook, have met before and

 hope to form a group in the Preston area for other Coeliacs

and we intend to meet at least once every couple or so of months

Monday View

It's a great topic for me today as Roland decided to tidy some of the garden.

 

He dug up this parsnip . I don't think it is edible but it gave us a laugh.

The last challenge for this week and Jo and I went to the cinema to see Frozen.

The film wasn't at all what I expected from the trailer but we both enjoyed it so we had a good afternoon out.

Pyjama day practicing making paper pompoms

Using some tissue paper I had in my stash I've been practicing making pompoms

as I want them to decorate our party room.

They will be in silver and white.

I've ordered the tissue paper from Ebay - never shopped on there before.

Doctors today for my annual review that  I should have gone for last October. Blood pressure OK.

Then Roland and I went to look for decorations for our party. Didn't buy anything yet just looking at prices.

Tomorrow I should have been going into hospital to have a cartilage dealt with but when I got home from holiday there were 2 messages on the answering machine asking me to ring the appointments office and a letter to say my appointment had been cancelled and another one made for 5th February so more waiting.

I thought I would have some trouble finding pink and purple as I am not keen on either colour but I managed.
