Tuesday Irrelevant

We set off to go to Jens at about 10am and arrived about 2.30. It was a lovely drive I love travelling on the M6 between Preston and Carlisle. The scenery is beautiful in places.
Before we got to Shap we were involved in a "rolling roadblock" following a police car who at times was only doing 10 mph but we didn't actually stop. We discovered it was because workmen were placing some sort of scaffolding over the road under some electricity pylons.
